In 1998, Big Pun aka Punisher would drop his classic album “Capital Punishment” that would feature several hits such as “Still Not a Player”/”I’m Not a Player”, “Glamour Life” and “Boomerang” but his success came much sooner off a leaked track called “Twinz (Deep Cover ’98) featuring Fat Joe. With a rhythmic back and forth between the two hip hop heavyweights off of Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg’s Deep Cover track, they delivered a classic.
